Floor Focus
Well, I just have finished up my first Floor Focus class today and the class and boards turned out so well I decided I MUST share before heading home! I turned everyone a little loose this time and gave them each a different mix of patterns, some instruction and suggestions and had them plan out their own color selections. There were so many “winners” I decided to get a photo of each board along with the “recipe” so we can print them off and share them among the whole class. In no particular order, here’s Andreas…

Aren’t they cool?? The next Floor Focus class is scheduled for November 10-11. I can’t wait to see what develops then….

Well Mel……………you are the bomb. The new digs are such a huge pleasure to learn and play. Great light, room to work, incredible eye candy for those of us who can’t get enough of color, texure, design and beauty, not to mention a perfectly run class. We were busy, but not rushed to the point where we lost track of our boards, recipes, and attention to detail.
Everything about your new site is just lovely. Thank you for being so generous with your ideas and being a regular person throughout your well earned success.
Have fun in Morocco. (I’ll be in the extra-wide carry on bag!)

One thing I forgot to mention…. My jeans were really starting to irritate my leg at the end of the day. I assumed it was because I was stuffing myself into the wrong size pant. But no, not so. I was showering after I got home from class, and was surprised to find a piece of modello “stuck” to my thigh! Now I have no idea how it got there, but I can tell you it was an irritation! Those things should come with a warning Melanie. Ouch! LOL
